1. How to Submit a Return Request

Log In 

To submit a return request, you’ll need to log in to your account. No password is required—just your email address! Here’s how:

  1. Click Log In to Your Account to access your account.
  2. Enter the email address used to place your order.
  3. Check your inbox for a six-digit verification code and enter it on our website.
  4. Once logged in, go to your Order History and find the fulfilled or partially fulfilled order you'd like to return.
  5. Click Request Return and follow the prompts to complete your request.

2. Return Time Frame

  • 14 Days: All products.
  • 30 Days: Lab-grown diamond rings. 

Returns must be initiated within the specified time frame from your delivery date.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • All original tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.

Exceptions: Final-sale and custom items are non-returnable unless defective.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refund Options: Refunds are available to your original payment method or as store credit.
  • Exchanges: You can opt to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: Return shipping costs are covered by us.
  • Other Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
